All memorabilia on the site are accompanied by a ‘Certificate of Authenticity’ that is either signed by the sport person/team itself or by the company that owns the rights of that item.

WHICH DEBIT CARDS ARE SUPPORTED ON COLLECTABILLIA?

The Collectabillia website supports all MASTERCARD and VISA debit cards.

HOW SAFE IS IT TO TRANSACT THROUGH CREDIT CARD OR INTERNET BANKING AT COLLECTABILLIA?

Delivery charges are as listed beside each item and is dependent on the weight of the product, delivery location and other logistical factors.

“Deal of Day” auction provides you with a unique opportunity to own memorabilia from your favorite teams in IPL. These collectibles are sourced from the respective teams and are authentic.

HOW DO I BID IN THE “DEAL OF DAY” AUCTION?

Only registered users can place a bid on the Collectabillia website. The bidding process is simple and fast with specific on-screen instruction on how you can place your bid.

WHAT ARE “BID INCREMENTS”?

Bid increments are the increments in which the bids can be placed. For example, the bid increments for an item could be in INR. 500 denominations for items that cost INR. 5000 or below. Items priced above INR 5000, may be bid for in increments of INR 1000. The bid increments are pre-defined and cannot be changed.

HOW IS THE WINNER SELECTED?

The highest bidder at the time of closure of the auction is the winner.

HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE GETS A FARE CHANCE TO WIN THE AUCTION?

Bids are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. If multiple users click “Bid Now” button simultaneously, the first request to reach the server will be recorded as the ‘valid bid’. Other users will get a message stating that their bids were not validated. The auction closes at the specified closing time or X minutes after the last bid is placed, whichever is later. This process ensures that everyone always have a chance to outbid the last bidder.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

Payments can be made through our online Payment Gateway system, which is a highly secured mechanism that allows you to make payments using your supported credit or debit cards. However The Cash on Delivery (COD) option while available is extended on the discretion of Collectabillia.

CAN THE ITEM BE SHIPPED TO ANY LOCATION IN THE WORD?

Please check “Shipping and Payment” section on the bidding screen for further information. The section will also provide you with shipping charges for various locations.

IS THE BID AMOUNT INCLUSIVE OF DUTIES AND TAXES?

Duties and taxes are extra as applicable. Information on ‘Duties and Taxes’ for various locations is available in the “Shipping and Payment” section on the bidding screen.

WHAT IF THE WINNER FAILS TO PAY AND RECEIVE THE ITEM?

Not being able to pay for the item bid for is a violation of the terms and conditions of participation and bidding on the website. If such an event arises, under normal circumstances, the next highest bidder will be declared winner of the bid. More information is available in the Terms and Conditions section on the website.
